APPLICATION

原理

該機(jī)由主機(jī)、空氣處理系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)等組成。工作時(shí)，物料加入沸騰千燥機(jī)的料倉(cāng)，按工藝要求設(shè)定程序和參數(shù)，整機(jī)開(kāi)始工作。空氣經(jīng)過(guò)空氣處理系統(tǒng)過(guò)濾、經(jīng)加熱系統(tǒng)加熱后進(jìn)入主機(jī)內(nèi)，物料經(jīng)熱空氣流化、干燥，水份迅速蒸發(fā)，物料被快速干燥。按設(shè)定的程序與參數(shù)完成操作后，將料倉(cāng)推出與固定提升轉(zhuǎn)料機(jī)扣合提升出料或利用真空上料器抽到高位整粒機(jī)整粒，有效地控制粉塵與交叉污染。
