用途

該機主要應(yīng)用于制藥工業(yè)固體物料及料斗的樓層上下輸送。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)中廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

The machine is mainly used for upward and downward conveying among floors of solid materials and hoppers in the pharmaceutical industry. It is also widely used in such industries as medicine, chemical industry food, etc

原理

該機主要由底盤、立柱、提升系統(tǒng)等部件組成。工作時，先將物料裝入或料斗推入提升平臺上，然后按下提升按鈕，平臺提升，平臺到位后搬出物料或推出料斗到所需的位置。

PRINCIPLE

The machine is mainly composed of chassis, column, lifting system, etc. When it works, first load the materials or push the hopper into the lifting platform. Press the lifting button and the platform will rise. After the platform reaches the designated position, move out the-materials or- push-out the-hopper to the required position

◆整機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計緊湊，均采用圓弧過度，無死角、易清洗，完全GMP對工藝設(shè)備的要求。

◆擁有主副兩處控制點，與設(shè)備相互聯(lián)鎖，操作方便，安全性能。

◆立柱采用特種槽鋼制作，設(shè)備經(jīng)久耐用，不變形。
