用途

移動(dòng)整粒機(jī)，把進(jìn)料口與濕法制粒機(jī)出料口對接，開機(jī)工作后，濕顆粒在整粒機(jī)腔體內(nèi)，經(jīng)過整粒刀的撞擊、切割，從篩網(wǎng)孔排出出料口可配真空管道，將物料輸送到沸騰干燥機(jī)。

APPLICATION

原理

物料進(jìn)入到圓錐型篩網(wǎng)腔體內(nèi)，旋轉(zhuǎn)刀對物料進(jìn)行整粒，并使物料顆粒通過篩網(wǎng)孔迅速排出，最終產(chǎn)品排放到整粒機(jī)的底部。其轉(zhuǎn)子可以根據(jù)不同物料的性質(zhì)的需要改變轉(zhuǎn)速，顆粒大小由篩網(wǎng)孔徑、葉輪類型和轉(zhuǎn)速?zèng)Q定。形狀分布可通過改變篩網(wǎng)規(guī)格確定。

PRINCIPLE

I ne rotor can change the speed according to the nature ot different materials. The particle size is determined by the mesh aperture, impeller type and speed. The shape distribution can be determined by changing the screen size
