用途

該機(jī)主要應(yīng)用于制藥工業(yè)固體物料的輸送、加料。可與混合機(jī)、壓片機(jī)、膠囊充填機(jī)等設(shè)備配套使用。同時(shí)在制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)中廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

原理

該機(jī)主要由底盤、立柱、提升系統(tǒng)、翻轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)等組成。工作時(shí)，先將錐斗與料桶扣合，然后啟動(dòng)提升按鈕，料桶提升；啟動(dòng)翻轉(zhuǎn)按鈕，料桶即可翻轉(zhuǎn)180°。旋轉(zhuǎn)立柱與加料的設(shè)備密閉對接，開啟出料蝶閥，使物料密閉轉(zhuǎn)移到下一工序。

PRINCIPLE

The machine is mainly composed of chassis, column, lifting system, turning system, etc. When it works, first assemble the conical hopper onto the barrel. Press the lifting button and the barrel will rise. Press the turning button and the barrel will turn for 180 Rotate the column to realize closed connection with the charging equipment.
