用途

該機主要用于制藥工業(yè)固體制劑生產(chǎn)過程中的容器清洗。配一臺料斗清洗機能清洗不同規(guī)格的混合料斗或周轉(zhuǎn)料斗，是藥廠清洗容器的理想設(shè)備。同時在制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

原理

該機由泵站、清洗系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)等組成。工作時，將待清洗的混合料斗、周轉(zhuǎn)料斗等容器推到清洗間，打開斗蓋，放上裝有清洗旋轉(zhuǎn)球的斗蓋，做好清洗的準(zhǔn)備。按工藝要求設(shè)定清洗程序，確認后按設(shè)定的程序清洗內(nèi)表面，容器的外表面由人工用高壓水槍清洗。將清洗過的容器送到容器烘干室干燥，以備待用。

PRINCIPLE

Send the cleaned vessel to the vessel drying room for drying, and keep it for future use

◆PLC全自動控制，可靈活設(shè)置清洗時間、清洗壓力、烘干時間、冷卻時間等工作參數(shù)，并打印記錄，符合藥品生產(chǎn)的GMP要求。

◆可選擇自來水、純化水、熱水清洗，噴頭組輪次工作，工作效率高，節(jié)省水資源。

◆內(nèi)洗噴頭采用氣液轉(zhuǎn)換式升降氣缸，工作可靠操作靈活。
